We will introduce our clients to the essential transportation methods, and it is important for their future endeavors. Immigrants face problems in this respect on two levels:

  • Firstly, the rules and regulation of driving here in Canada is way different from their own homeland.
  • Secondly, that language barrier can, again, make understanding or even finding useful local public transit services a hard task.

We will give them a tour about how to make a Compass card and how to use it practically in TransLink services.

What kind of Visa is required for this service?

If you share an apartment or house with other people, you can save money. British Columbia’s rental costs differ depending on where you live and where you live within a city. In major cities or near transit, rent costs are usually higher. Prior to moving, do your research on the rental market.

Ask yourself these questions before you rent a place:

  • Is it close to a bus route or subway station?
  • Is it close to other services? (schools, stores, laundromats, parks, playgrounds, community centers, medical clinics, places of worship)
  • Is there a place to park a car? Do I have to pay extra for parking?
  • Is the neighborhood safe?
  • Is it close to a school? (for people with children)
  • Is the apartment building or house quiet
  • What are the other tenants like
  • Do I have to pay extra for heat, air conditioning and electricity?

What type of payment you accept?

Since most of the payment will be made outside Canada, we will be using a company trust account and also collaborate with paypal to make secure payments.
